Is it your belief that once you
are a believer you are no longer under the law?
If your answer to this question
is yes, I have nothing else to say to you which is more than what is written in
Romans 8:7: “The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not
submit to God’s law, nor can it do so.”
This clearly states that with
your position, you are still governed by your flesh. What is the highest part
of your flesh? It is your cerebellum, the frontal brain! That brain is the
source of your intellect. Yes, that is what is ruling you and makes you hostile
to your Creator. You are made to believe that you are now on the same level
with your Maker and this same brain of yours accepts! Your brain also
audaciously accepts that you can command your Lord!
Putting yourself under the
control of the intellect however is tantamount to submitting to Herod’s master
who induced man to rely solely on the intellect a long time ago. The result of
man's submission to the intellect is the root cause of all the confusion today
in the global economy, politics, religion, family life, wars and the prevalent
deeds of madness.
It is time to come down from your
high horse and subordinate yourself solely to the Laws of the Lord Almighty.
May we all receive help and
strength to live in accordance to the Lord’s Commandments.
