WHO IS A SERVANT OF GOD?

Many think that only the leaders of the various religious groups are servants of the Most High. On a closer look however, there is no justification for this assumption!

No one can claim that he has not come across the scandalous behaviour of many a religious leader. Some of them shamelessly take advantage of their blind followers at times relieving such careless followers of their earthly wealth and goods, leaving them in the  delusion that what they do for the so called servant of God is also done for God!

What is sure however is that only those who live in accordance with the Will of God are His true servants. They must necessarily know of the Laws of the Lord and strive with all they have in order to live their lives accordingly. They stand bright and alert in this world and they understand with their delicate intuition the mechanisms of Creation and how to live in harmony with it. They are happy thereby and can navigate their way through life without harming other people in the pursuance of their own desires. They rather live by contributing to the joy and welfare of their neighbours.

Such persons are the servants of God and it does not matter what they do on earth to sustain themselves in the material sense. It is the nature of their activity that marks them out as God’s children and servants.

EARTHLY LAWS AND THE NATURAL LAWS

The Living Laws of God in Creation work quite independently on their own, uninfluenced by earthly-human laws and conceptions. If we think about it carefully we will realise that real guilt cannot be redeemed through a paid penalty worked out and dictated by the machinations of men and their laws.

For example, the earthly laws will not punish anyone for thinking in a particular way so far as they have not carried out such intentions in visible actions. However before the Natural Laws, our thoughts are recognised as reality, as having a form for which we bear responsibility.

So if you are in the corner of your room indulging in evil thoughts and you feel comfortable that no policeman can arrest you for this, be rest assured that unseen servants of the Most High are recording everything and you will be answerable before the Natural Laws.

IS THERE SIN THAT HAS NO FORGIVENESS?

Yes there is a sin that has no forgiveness. It is the sin of refusing to accept the Gift brought by the Holy Spirit in the Word of Salvation. He who refuses to accept the Word of God as salvation will be cast out for all eternity.

When Christ saw how He was being treated with scorn and rejection, He started proclaiming the coming of Another who will reprove the world of sin and righteousness, Who will remind men of Him. He also said that this occurrence comes hand in hand with the Judgment. So we see that this Special One comes with the Gift of the Word of God to men and all those who refuse to accept shall themselves be rejected in the ensuing Judgement. On the other hand, all those who accept this Messenger sent by God are like the wise virgins who will enter with the Bridegroom while those who reject the Word of God are like the foolish virgins who will be rejected.

FORGIVENESS OF SINS

The Laws of Creation covers everything and therefore in their operation they provide for mercy and forgiveness!

A person who has hitherto been enmeshed in wrongdoing only needs to turn a new leaf, forsake his evil ways and make a firm decision to turn his back on sin. Once this happens he does not add to the number of sins he has to redeem. That is number one. Secondly, with his decision for what is good, and a steadfast resolution to continuously obey the Will of the Almighty, another process of great importance comes into force. The good becomes second nature to him, emerges from him and then forms a protective covering around him.

Now when evil reactions from the past return to this man to be redeemed, they slide off the purity of his surrounding or protection, and are thus deflected from him.

But should they nevertheless penetrate this protective covering, the evil radiations either crumble to pieces immediately or are at least substantially weakened so that the harmful effect cannot manifest at all, or only to a very minor extent.

Furthermore, because of his inner transformation, the man has become more refined and lighter so that he will no longer be able to attract to himself the returning evil currents. For example, radio that is not tuned to a particular station cannot receive transmissions from there. Naturally therefore, the denser currents because they are different from the repentant man and his surroundings pass harmlessly through without evil effect, redeemed by some unconscious symbolic action.

What is the purpose of man’s life on earth?

The human spirit does not originate from this earth but came here from the Spiritual Sphere also known as Paradise.

Man starts out as a spiritual seed, which has the prospect of developing into a fully matured human spirit. In order to attain to this maturity, the human spirit seed had to be expelled from Paradise onto the earth which serves as a school.

It arrives on earth as unconscious human spirit seed in the hope that eventually during its sojourn at these lower parts of Creation it will learn about the Will of God and follow God’s Commandments; this being the way to attain the maturity that will lead it upwards to Paradise from where it originates in the first place.

So in summary, man is on earth in order to gain from the experiences of life. He gains maturity thereby and this then leads it back home. That is the purpose of life on earth. Man should therefore value this period of life on earth, waste no time but use same for the necessary maturing. The period of learning described here is indeed a Grace and Gift from the Almighty! Man has to show appreciation for this grace by seeking always to find out and then do the Will of his Maker.

What can we understand by the words: “visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generation ...”?

A simplistic interpretation of these words can lead to the thought that the Creator will punish descendants of a sinner even if those descendants are innocent of the sins of their ancestors.

If a person can be made to pay for the iniquities of another then it means that a person can reap what he has not sown! This is however an impossibility as the Laws of Creation will not allow such a thing to happen.

The scripture quoted can be found in Deuteronomy 5:9. The scripture when read in full is to the effect that the sins of the fathers will be visited upon the children to the third and fourth generation of those who hate the Almighty. So it is clear from this that those who do not abide by the Laws of the Almighty are regarded as enemies of God. Such will reap the fruits of their actions and omissions. If their children follow them in such disobedience they too will suffer the fate similar to that of their parents.

This brings us to yet another Law of Creation. The Law of like attracts like. This law ensure that only what is spiritually similar are attracted to each other. So it happens that many a parent who is counted among the enemies of God will also attract similar souls from among the souls waiting for an opportunity to incarnate on earth. So, like father like son, the hatred for God is perpetrated and all concerned face a terrible fate unless they change their ways.

We should also be careful of what we tell our children when they make enquiries about spiritual matters. For example when you tell your child that the dead are resting in peace you have misled that child! The child may believe the parent, base his whole life on this wrong belief and pass it onto his own children. When this first child leaves the flesh and realises that there is indeed continuous activity for the soul, it will not only regret having held such wrong beliefs but he will have to experience how his own son passes the wrong belief to the future generations. He will be held fast to them by this guilt until at last one of his descendants come to a better understanding!

Now, we are the time when the Gospel of Pure Truth is being disseminated once more on earth. He, who turns a deaf ear to the Message from above, marks himself among the enemies of God. Let us therefore be on our guard, lest we also be found among such!

IS THERE REALLY A BASTARD CHILD?

Under a number of earthly laws, legitimacy is the status of a child born to parents who are legally married to each other and of a child who is born shortly after the parents' divorce. On the other hand, illegitimacy (or being a bastard) is the status of a child conceived outside wedlock.

The consequences of illegitimacy were predominantly in relation to rights of inheritance to the presumed father's estate as well as being entitled to bear the father's name or title. It also had consequences on the right of the mother and child to obtain support from the alleged father. Today however, many countries including have through legislation abolished any legal disabilities of a child born out of wedlock.

Apart from the legal angle, let us seek deeper insights on this matter in the light of the Eternal Laws of God. We are not here for the first time as all of us have experienced past earth lives. By the workings of the Natural Laws, the condition into which one is born at this time depends on the way one has lived in past earth lives. The time of birth and the circumstance into which each one is born is carefully guided by the operations of the Natural Laws. This ensures that we are born into conditions which will achieve what our souls need for their redemption and further development.

Apart from the child who is offered an avenue to develop by being born to this world, all those who are close to the child stand to benefit from the newcomer. Parents, brothers and sisters if any and those that come in contact with this child are offered an opportunity to be blessed. They can take these tremendous opportunities to redeem their own past misdeeds through acts of love towards the child. This can be by taking good care of the child, educating him and nursing him in sickness. It can also be by showing the child good example which of course can help one to drop bad habits.

If we consider what has been stated thus far and that the purpose of our emergence on earth is to gain the necessary maturity that will lead us back to our spiritual origin, then childbirth will have a deeper meaning to us. We shall be compelled to regard each birth as a blessing from above offering the person born and all those who are connected with him an opportunity to advance spiritually.

Instead of dwelling on the circumstance or how a child is born, we should rather show gratitude to God for the mercies He grants anew with every single birth!
