"On the Day of Judgment, the dead shall physically resurrect, and together with the living believers, ascend to meet the Lord in the sky."
It is commonly believed that on the Day of Judgment, the dead will physically rise, and together with the living believers, ascend to meet the Lord in the sky! This belief, however, does not align with the Laws of God. These Laws do not permit earthly bodies, which have been buried for thousands of years, to resurface and ascend to the heavens. Nor can the physical bodies of those still living on earth suddenly transform and rise to heaven. At death, the human spirit departs from the body and moves on to either ascend or descend in the beyond. The physical body, being of material origin, remains here, bound to the earth after the soul's departure.
What truly relates to the prophecies of the Day of Judgment is not the resurrection of all the dead, but the resurrection of all that is dead. As the Judge of the World, the Holy Spirit will send Judgment rays from His Sword of Justice into the universe. These rays will strike all of Creation with unprecedented power. When these invisible rays reach the human soul, all dormant qualities that appeared to be "dead" will awaken and come to life. Whatever lies hidden within man will develop into thoughts and actions, and through these manifestations, it will judge itself. Impurity will be shattered and consumed, while purity will bloom and grow stronger. As unprecedented acts of madness unfold worldwide we already can see this as a manifestation of the slumbering person that has been slumbering within many and which is now being expressed today under the all-pervading pressure of the Light Power.
Whatever lies dormant in mankind will come to life! This is the true meaning of the resurrection of all that is dead and the manifestation of World Judgment in its natural simplicity.
Those who are impure, who cling to evil and remain enslaved by material desires, will no longer be able to hide. They will be exposed by the Light of God and, along with their wrongdoing, be swept into perdition.
Spiritual ascension, however, remains possible for those who long for the Kingdom of Heaven. Their yearning and obedience to the Holy Word of God purifies and lightens them spiritually, so that when they leave the flesh, they will ascend to the beautiful gardens of God. On the other hand, those who are evil-minded and materialistic are spiritually impure, dark, and heavy. Upon leaving the flesh, their souls will sink into regions of darkness and damnation.
Therefore, we must confront what lies within us, purify our thoughts and actions, and ensure that we are not among the lost.
